Positive affirmations are little love notes 💌 you repeat to yourself every day 🗓️ until you believe 😍 them. To make each affirmation as effective as possible, make sure to state 🗣️ it at least ten times, slowly and with conviction. It helps if you look in the mirror 🪞 while repeating it. If that just doesn't feel comfortable for you, you may also jot the affirmation down on paper at least 10 times. Your mind 🧠 truly believes what you tell it, so why not feed it with beautiful, nourishing, transformative 🦋 statements?
