

If your actions don’t align 🚷 with your values, your integrity suffers, and you will lose 😑 respect—from others and from yourself.
This can lead to unnecessary inner turmoil 🌀, confusion 🤷🏻♀️, frustration 😠, anxiety 😟 and stress 😞.
To best prevent this, be sure to define 📖 your values and adhere 🩹 to them as closely as possible. As you begin to embody your values, you will feel more aligned 🟰 with your Self which will lead to greater inner peace ☮️.

These are just some of the principles I strive to follow 🦶🏼 as much as possible. I am generally successful in adhering to them, but the one I find most challenging is authenticity. This is because I am gradually breaking free ⛓️ from societal expectations and embracing 🫂 my true authentic self. That’s a PROCESS.
Humanism is the system that best encompasses ♾️ all of my values as it promotes honesty 🗣️, inclusivity 👱🏻♀️🧔🏽♀️👩🏻🦰🧔🏻🧔🏿♂️ (it's the ONLY labeled system that is truly all-inclusive —- we're ALL humans, after all), humility 😌, and more.
