In our everyday lives we get so caught up in doing 📥 and going 🏃♂️that we forget to pay attention to a simple, life-sustaining superpower that we have available to us at all times: breathing…
So, stop what you’re doing right now and turn inward. Focus 🧘 on breathing deeply into the belly and expanding up into the lungs. Hold the breath here just a moment before exhaling fully. 💨
Repeat for a couple of minutes ⏲️, or longer if desired.
Remember whenever life gets overwhelming, a state of calm is always just a few breaths away…
