When you're so busy that you feel like you have no time 🕰️ to stop and take a breath, that is EXACTLY the time you need to stop and take a breath! However, you can also treat this issue proactively by scheduling 📅 in some time for yourself every day. Whether it's 5 minutes or 50 minutes to do something just for yourself, scheduling in time for your self-care is vital for your health and well-being, especially during stressful times.

Depending on the amount of time you have available and your personal interests, some examples could be:

~Take 5 minutes to engage in some deep breathing 🌬️ after you wake up in the morning and/or before going to bed 😴 at night.

~Go on a 20-minute morning mindfulness stroll 🚶‍♀️.

Pay special attention to the colors 🌈 around you, the temperature 🌡️, the scents 🌼, the sounds 🐦, etc.

~Take an Epsom Salt bath 🛁 as part of your evening ritual. Be sure to spend at least 20 minutes there in order to literally soak up all the benefits. Maybe light a candle 🕯 and play some peaceful music 🎵.

How did you engage in self-care today? What are your favorite self-care activities? Let us know in the comments!
