Grounding* is a very natural exercise that involves skin to ‘skin’ contact with Mother Earth 🌏.


So, take off your shoes 👟 and socks 🧦 and walk barefoot in the grass or on the beach 🏖️ and absorb positive energy from the earth. 🗺️

Grounding is said to work by an exchange of electrons that helps to stabilize the body’s functions, feeding it electric charges from the earth’s energy. A body recharged through grounding shows physiological changes such as:


~reduced pain and inflammation ⬇️


~stress reduction ☮️


~increased energy 💃


~improved blood flow ❤️


~better sleep 🛌💤
